This website presents SHAYDAGODDESS™ creative work, HealingTouch professional wellness information, website and business services, books and resources, community pathways, reviews, and professional connections. Availability, future releases, collaborations, and services are represented according to their current stated status and may change.

02 · Dignity, welcome, and conduct

Welcome is supported by respectful conduct.

This website is designed to be explored by people with different cultures, nationalities, races, bodies, abilities, ages, beliefs, gender identities, communication styles, education, resources, and life experiences. No visitor has to fit one image of who belongs here.

Use this website, its forms, review pathways, contact information, communities, and connected services with respect for dignity, privacy, consent, law, and professional boundaries. Access, submissions, requests, or services may be moderated or ended when those standards cannot be maintained.

03 · Wellness information

Wellness information supports informed choices.

Wellness descriptions are educational and informational. Energy-Aware Care is an approach woven through the licensed massage experience, not a separate medical or energy service. Any energy-aware element is optional, requires affirmative consent, and remains separate from diagnosis, mental-health treatment, emergency service, or care from a qualified healthcare professional.

04 · Requests and pricing

Requests become confirmed through clear next steps.

Sending an appointment request or business inquiry begins a review without an automatic charge. Details, price, responsibilities, and any applicable terms are shared before confirmation. Public massage prices apply as described; travel, special locations, events, or additional professional support may cost extra.

Website creation, website revamp, maintenance, and visibility descriptions are public starting points rather than automatic project scopes. Deliverables, revision limits, ownership and handoff, timeline, access, third-party costs, payment terms, and exclusions must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

A made-to-order apparel request begins a personal creative conversation. Production begins only after the specific Women’s, Men’s, or Unisex fit(s), shirt, rash guard, or dress, approved design proof, spelling, sizes, colors, quantity, availability, final price, estimated timing, shipping, return or exchange terms, and written confirmation are settled. Once those quote, proof, and terms are approved, a 50% deposit begins production; the remaining-balance timing is stated in the confirmed order. Available fiber content, garment measurements, fit guidance, tag and seam details, sensory-feel information when it can be reasonably assessed, and care instructions are shared before purchase.

“Exclusive,” “made with you in mind,” “personally varied,” “open edition,” “limited edition,” and “one of one” are different descriptions and are defined accurately for each confirmed apparel request. One of one applies only when the written edition quantity is one. A broader theme family may continue through new original designs unless the written order says otherwise. Purchasing a garment does not automatically transfer copyright, source files, or rights to reproduce, manufacture, distribute, or commercially sell copies. Any broader rights transfer requires a separate written agreement. Submitted names, wording, logos, images, or other material must be lawful and authorized; protected material may be declined.

A self-care concept request expresses interest rather than placing a purchase, reservation, deposit, health consultation, or custom-formula order. Any future package is curated only from finalized SHAYDAGODDESS™ products and released options. Complete ingredients, directions, fragrance details, final price, quantity, permitted outer-package personalization, fulfillment, and applicable terms are provided before payment. If a real released order is later accepted, a 50% deposit applies only after final products, price, and terms are approved. Required product labels and safety information are not changed for personalization.

05 · Gift certificates

Paid value remains trackable after partial use.

Gift certificates carry a dollar value and become active only after payment is confirmed and a unique certificate number is issued. If a service costs more than the available value, the difference is due. No paid balance is forfeited after partial redemption: when $150 or more remains, an updated digital certificate is issued; when less than $150 remains, the credit stays connected to the original certificate number. Using a certificate still begins with an appointment request. Shay-Lin must confirm availability, safety, location, travel details, and any extra costs before the appointment is booked.

06 · Reviews and submissions

Submit only genuine, relevant, lawful content.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. Do not impersonate another person, disclose private information, include unlawful or threatening material, or submit content about an experience you did not have. Publication consent allows moderation and possible display; it does not guarantee publication.

You retain the meaning of your submission. If you allow publication, you grant permission to display the approved submission on this website with the name choice you selected and to make privacy-preserving formatting corrections that do not change its meaning.

07 · Books, resources, and ownership

Original work remains protected.

Unless a resource states otherwise, original website writing, page arrangements, branded expression, books, artwork, graphics, photographs, downloads, creative work, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. They may not be copied, republished, resold, scraped in substantial part, removed from their attribution, or presented as someone else’s work without written permission.

Substantial SHAYDAGODDESS™ content may not be uploaded into a generative-AI system, dataset, template service, website generator, or other automated tool for the purpose of reproducing, closely imitating, transforming, commercializing, or creating a substitute for the protected expression, site, book, resource, or branded presentation without written permission. This restriction concerns protected expression and materials; it does not claim ownership of general ideas, facts, methods, themes, or an artistic style standing alone.

Limited quotations, commentary, criticism, teaching, research, accessibility uses, and other lawful uses remain governed by applicable law. Purchased or downloaded resources are also subject to the terms shown with that specific offering.

08 · Gumroad subscriptions and first-access updates

Gumroad carries optional release news.

Current website subscription buttons direct to the official SHAYDAGODDESS™ Gumroad page. Subscription is not a condition of purchase, booking, community participation, or access to public website information. Gumroad’s applicable subscription and unsubscribe terms govern information submitted through that platform.

“First access” means receiving release news or a clearly described first-access opportunity when one genuinely exists. Release-specific announcements explain availability, price, timing, and access. Made-to-order apparel follows the details confirmed for the specific order.

Future self-care products will be introduced with ingredients, fragrance details, known allergen information, applicable cross-contact information, directions, relevant care guidance, pricing, fulfillment, and a clearly published purchase pathway. Product descriptions remain connected to verified features and intended use. “Natural” does not mean safe or suitable for every person, and it is not used as a substitute for complete ingredient and care information.

09 · Book cart and future checkout

The cart organizes different next steps; verified checkout comes later.

The Main Hub cart accepts approved book IDs and approved inquiry IDs. It calculates book titles and prices from the Main Hub catalog, separates review-first services and custom work, and can prepare one device-side email summary. External links cannot set or change a Main Hub price.

Adding an item saves a device-local selection and does not collect payment, confirm an appointment, reserve a product, or approve a partnership. No purchase is completed through the current cart. A clearly labeled checkout and protected-delivery pathway will be added only after they are connected and tested on the Main Hub. Massage remains request-based and separate from ordinary product checkout.

10 · External services and partners

Independent providers control their own services.

Google, Facebook, YouTube, Gumroad, VI 2 THE BONE, and other linked providers operate independently. Their current availability, prices, policies, privacy practices, assignments, and service delivery are controlled by them. A link or disclosed connection does not create a guarantee beyond what is confirmed directly.

HealingTouch referral partners remain independent and nonexclusive unless separately agreed. They may share the approved website or introduce a client with permission; HealingTouch controls its own approval, scheduling, client communication, intake, payment, service, policies, availability, tracking, and eligible compensation. Standard compensation is available only for approved partners, under established terms, where permitted, after an eligible service is completed and fully paid. Deposits, gratuity, travel or similar pass-through costs, cancelled, refunded, complimentary, and unpaid appointments do not generate compensation. No public percentage is established by this page.

11 · Changes and questions

The current posted version governs website use.

These terms may be updated as the ecosystem and its processes develop. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date shown above. Appointment-specific written terms remain separate and govern the confirmed appointment.
