Your confirmation message makes the appointment official
Sending the form starts a personal review without a charge. Shay-Lin checks availability, service fit, location, travel details, and whether another practitioner is needed. If the request can be accepted, you will receive the full price and next steps. The appointment is official when Shay-Lin sends your confirmation message.

Complete details help your request move faster
Please share a preferred date, a backup date, island, service location, guest count, service choice, and reliable contact details. If something changes, reply to the same request so the information stays together.

Core prices are public; extra costs are explained
The public menu lists the main massage prices and explains the current optional add-ons. Travel, transportation, off-island service, beach or event setup, additional practitioners, and special property requirements may cost extra. Every extra amount is explained before you decide to book.

You will see the terms before you pay
Submit the request first. If it is accepted, HealingTouch provides the applicable deposit amount, verified direct-payment option, and any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, weather, or location terms before you pay. Sending payment by itself does not create or confirm an appointment; send the requested payment confirmation through the communication channel provided.

Outdoor appointments are planned around the setting
Beach and outdoor requests are reviewed for permission, weather, wind, tide, shade, privacy, draping, access, clean setup, and safe equipment transport. An indoor or covered alternative may be recommended when the location or conditions are unsuitable.

Mobile appointments are personally reviewed
Each request is reviewed for the client, setting, and service fit. Solo adult-male requests are arranged only when an adult woman remains present throughout. Requests for clients ages 6–17 require advance parent or legal-guardian review, guardian consent, and that responsible adult’s presence throughout. Any other setting-specific arrangements are shared privately when relevant.

Partner introductions never replace client review
A referral partner may share the approved website or make a basic introduction with the client’s permission. The partner should not share health history or detailed intake information and does not normally collect massage payment. HealingTouch still handles its own client communication, private intake, payment, safety review, service approval, and final confirmation.

Professional care includes consent and clear scope
Services are professional, appropriately draped, and wellness-focused. Massage remains separate from medical diagnosis or emergency care. Consent, respectful conduct, professional scope, and client comfort guide every confirmed arrangement.

Gift certificates are redeemed through a confirmed appointment
A gift certificate carries eligible dollar value connected to its unique certificate number. No paid balance is forfeited after partial use. When $150 or more remains, an updated digital certificate is issued; balances below $150 stay connected to the original number. Shay-Lin confirms the available value, appointment availability, location, logistics, and any extra costs before booking.
