Send what you know as early as you can—especially for preferred dates, vacation stays, beach setups, couples, groups, birthdays, retreats, and special occasions. If a detail is missing, Shay-Lin may ask a follow-up question.

I check availability, location and safety needs, travel details, and anything else needed to plan your care.
We finish the booking
If I can accept your request, I will send the full price and any payment or next step needed. Your appointment is official when I send your confirmation message.

Accessible request option

Send the core appointment details by email, or ask for help completing the request. You may share your preferred language or communication method, plus anything that may help with scent, sound, lighting, positioning, mobility, transitions, pressure, touch boundaries, or another practical need. Available language or communication support will be confirmed before booking. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

If I can accept the request, you complete any needed payment or next step. I then send a clear message confirming that your appointment is officially booked.
